Shipping policy
Glam Market, accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received except those requested as express as it has priority to meet delivery times. All orders are shipped from our office in Orlando, Florida or Puerto Rico via USPS. Mercado Glam ships to the 50 states of the American Union as well as Puerto Rico and follows the methods established by the USPS.
- Orders will ship 7-10 business days after order is placed and payment is received.
- Orders requested with express shipping will be processed the next business day after payment is received. The day the order ships does not count as a day in transit.
- Orders confirmed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day and shipped 1-3 days later. USPS parcels generally do not deliver on weekends.
- Due to high volume of orders during the holiday season, the shipping process can be extended from 10 to 15 business days after receiving the payment.
- In case of contingency due to natural phenomena, health emergencies or situations beyond our control, the delivery period can be extended from 10 to 15 business days after receiving the payment.
- International shipments take up to 20 business days to reach their destination and may take longer due to customs procedures.
- Any promotion that includes free shipping applies only for deliveries within the United States. Free shipping above 0.00 USD applies in the same way, only within the United States, any purchase generated that requires shipping to any other country, is subject to payment of international shipping rates.
We currently do not ship to addresses that have APO or FPO. Orders that have a different shipping address than the billing address may be under review, in which case, the customer may be contacted; this may delay the shipping time. Mercado Glam does not guarantee express shipping when an order is held for review.

lost packets
If the postal service shows the shipment delivered to the address that was provided to us but it does not appear, the client must request a clarification from the post office closest to his home address. Mercado Glam will not be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if they were delivered to the correct address or the customer entered the wrong address at the time of purchase, with missing information (building number, apartment, etc.) the bad writing.

Mercado Glam offers free standard shipping when the value of the order amount is 0.00 or more, excluding taxes and any other offer or price adjustment. This offer is valid in the 48 contiguous States of the American Union; not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and other territories including Guam, Samoa, Puesto Rico, Virgin Islands. Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and any other fees charged once the package reaches the destination country. Tariffs on products can vary widely depending on the product and the country that manufactured it. Other fees and charges may apply to the products. Fees will not be refundable. In both national and international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package once the tracking number has been sent via SMS or email.
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by affiliated local offices. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation, the email will include the tracking number of the package. To track your package you just have to enter usps.com

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

Duties, taxes and other extra customs charges that arise from the delivery of the package or return, will be the responsibility of the client and will be subtracted from the reimbursement of the cost of their merchandise.

Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Orlando, Florida or Puerto Rico via USPS. Mercado Glam ships to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico follows the standard methods available by USPS.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1~3 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1~3 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. Mercado Glam cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

International Shipping

Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Track Package
In both national and international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package once the tracking number has been sent via sms or email.
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.
Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
Original and return shipping costs.
Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
