Lo empacamos y enviamos correctamente y con amor para garantizar que llegue en perfecto estado, no obstante, entendemos que accidentes pueden pasar en el transcurso del envío y por eso tenemos las siguientes políticas de devolución:
1.Sólo se acepta devolución de un producto si este llega al cliente estropeado, derramado físicamente dañado, o la orden que enviamos esta incorrecta, en estos casos anteriores se le reemplazará por el mismo sin costo de envío. El cliente nos debe enviar una fotografía de la mercancía recibida. No hay devolución de dinero.
2.Una vez enviado por correo y el cliente reciba su número de rastreo, el paquete No es responsabilidad de MercadoGlam. Si usted no recibe su paquete contactar al USPS y verificar con su número de rastreo el paradero de su paquete.
*Hay veces que por la presión atmosférica cuando viajan los productos se le haga un hueco de aire, eso no es defectuoso simplemente cuando lo abra volverá a la normalidad y lucirá perfecto.
Refund Policy
Our products we made with the highest quality for your benefit. We pack it and send it correctly and with love to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition, however we understand that accidents may happen in the course of shipping and that is why we have the following return policies:
1.We only replace items if they are defective, spilled, damaged, or if you received an incorrect order. Customer be required to send us photographic evidence of the damage. It will be replaced by the same without shipping cost. There is no money back.
2. Once sent by mail and the customer receives your tracking number, the package is not the responsibility of Mercado Glam. If you do not receive your package contact the USPS and verify with your tracking number the whereabouts of your package.
There are times that the atmospheric pressure when the products travel is an air gap, that is not defective just when you open it will return to normal and look perfect.
